JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Financial Planning and Controlling’s primary role is to lead,
  • Direct and assume responsibility for the preparation, analysis and presentation of financial information required for the management of PEG.
  • Regular financial statements and budgets as well as ad hoc reports and analysis.
  • Responsible for ensuring that financial implications of business decisions are evaluated and understood, and their impact is recorded for both financial management and statutory purposes.
  • This role works closely with the relevant Group Teams to ensure the associated financial needs are anticipated and met.
  • Manage and Lead multiple projects across various international markets.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
  • Coordinate with regional and head office to collect financial information for account consolidation
  • Prepare financial reports for all group companies and present it to the management
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual budget, forecast and projections
  • Prepare quarterly project specific reports to meet lenders’ reporting requirement
  • Cash flow management
  • Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports
  • Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
  • Assist the CFO in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members
  • Managing invoicing and billing for international projects
  • Managing and executing international banking transactions (Mauritius)
  • Vendor payments from EPC company and maintaining proper records
  • Managing project specific budgeting and forecasting
  • Supporting in getting short term to medium term funding (e.g. working capital) from local banks

Profile & Eligible Criteria

  • Female only
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proven experience in finance management.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
  • Auditing experience.
  • Compliance oriented.
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
